Physical Enhancement Labs, Inc. offers a 30 day money back refund on most merchandise purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
Special Promotion or AP Program Return Policy
• All sales are final. NON REFUNDABLE
• Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
• Packages marked Return to Sender will not be processed or refunded.
Retail Priced Products Return Policy: Important Please Note (This policy does not apply to any Special Promotion or AP Program, Recurring Program)
Un-Opened: Products: Received back within 30 days from the invoice date: Product must be returned in like new condition with all safety seals intact and all original packaging materials included. (Invoice, brochure) All though such returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and less shipping and handling.
Opened Products: Opening any product, bottle, any free gift, or promotional item constitutes satisfaction and NO REFUND will be given.
Exchanges: For any product received that is not the product ordered we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required for all returns. Wholesale Orders.
ALL SALES FINAL on Wholesale Orders, Closeout Specials or Auto Savings Program.
Order Cancellations / Refused. For any refused package or any returned package
due to incorrect address, action, inaction, or absence of the recipient We at
Physical Enhancement Labs, Inc. reserve the right to apply restocking fees and
any applicable shipping charges on all returned and refused orders. Returning
your products. AP Program products or Special Promotions will not be
accepted back ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items must be returned within 30
days from the date shipped. via commercial carrier or USPS. Please note you
will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.
If you choose not to insure your package, you will be responsible for any lost
or damage package. Failure to follow instructions will result in forfeiture
of any refund, chargeback etc...
