Refund Policy
Physical Enhancement Labs, Inc. Return Policy & Procedures are as follows and are strictly enforced. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our return policy to determine if the merchandise purchased qualifies.
Retail Priced Products Return Policy:
Un-Opened: Products: Received back within 30 days from the date shipped: Product must be returned in like new condition with all safety seals intact and all original packaging materials included. (Invoice, brochure) All though such returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and less shipping and handling.
Opened Products: ALL SALES FINAL. Opening any product, bottle, any free gift, or promotional item constitutes satisfaction and NO REFUND will be given.
Exchanges: For any product received that is not the product ordered we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required for all returns.
ALL SALES FINAL on Opened Products, Wholesale Orders & Closeout Specials.
Returned /Cancelled Checks: $30.00 process fee
Order Cancellations / Refused/Returned Packages. For any refused package or any returned package due to incorrect address, action, inaction, or absence of the recipient we at Physical Enhancement Labs, Inc. reserve the right to apply restocking fees and any applicable shipping charges on all returned and refused orders. Do not attempt to return anything without first speaking to our Customer Service Dept @ 1-866-611-6895 operating hours are Monday- Friday 9-5 cst. If eligible for return, customer service will issue you a valid Return Merchandise Authorize number (RMA).Any package received without a valid RMA # on the outside of the package will be refused and no refund will be given. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date shipped. via commercial carrier or USPS. Please note customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, you will be responsible for any lost or damage package. Failure to follow instructions will result in forfeiture of any refund, chargeback etc...

The adoffers.us site offers customers savings from the retail price, through use of the "VIP Re-bill Savings Program." Through this program, the product is offered at a reduced retail price in exchange for the customer's agreement to automatically receive and be automatically billed for the product each month. The customer may cancel before the next billing cycle, by telephone or via internet, but if the customer cancels during the first month of the program, the customer pays a cancellation fee.
